Slime Care Guide

Washing Hands
Wash hands before and after use.
Keep Slime in Container
Keep slime sealed in container when not in use.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight.

Wait until slime is room temperature before playing
Wait 1 hour after receiving before playing.

Slime is best at room temperature.

Slime can naturally melt or stiffen over time. Take good care of it so it can last.

 

Avoid playing on wooden surfaces as slime may stick.

Slime washes out of most fabrics with mild detergent and warm water. Check the care tag on your fabric before treating to ensure best results.

SLIME, CLAY, CHARMS, ADD-INS AND SPRAYS ARE NOT EDIBLE. DO NOT EAT OR INJEST.
Not suitable for children under 5 years. Adult supervision is recommended for children under 12.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that slime is not returnable. We don't accept returns or exchanges. All products are final sale. Please read this page and the product description before completing a purchase. Order cancellations can only be completed prior to shipment. We will happily replace products damaged during shipping if you contact us with photo or video proof within 3 days of delivery. In this case, we ask that you ship it back to us in the condition that you received it for refunds or replacements. If there is a problem with your order or you have any concerns, please email support@zosaslimes.com or submit a form below or on the contact page of our website at zosaslimes.com/contact

SHIPPING AND HANDLING​

Please allow 5-8 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped. For international orders please allow 8-12 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Zosa is closed on weekends and major holidays. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out by the following Thursday.

PLEASE NOTE: International shipments will take longer than domestic ones (US). Additional customs fees may apply. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out fees before placing an order.

If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS at 800-522-9085. Once your package has been shipped, USPS controls the process. Your local USPS can help locate your package or supply the tracking number associated with your order. If after a week, your package still hasn't arrived, you can file a missing mail request on the USPS website and they will help locate the package for you.

ORDER ERRORS

Order changes, corrections or cancellations can only be completed prior to shipment. If your order has already been shipped and has incorrect info such as a wrong address, please contact the shipping provider (USPS) for more information. Once the order has been shipped, we can't edit any changes on the address. We print shipping labels from the information you provide us. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect address or incomplete address.
